Roland TR 505

Look at this here drum macheen

Features:
- Retains all original TR-505 features, including MIDI capabilities. (i think... I don't use midi much. or ever.)
- 42 point patch bay (in the middle) for plenty of crazy sounds for the whole family
- 3 rows of 5 RCA jacks (on the left) for stacking patch cables, flippable switches combine two or all three rows for connecting up to 15 cables to one point
- connect patches through the 5 sets of jacks (on the right) to put a switch on that bend, prevents having to plug and unplug cables frequently to change the sound. Can be used with or without the potentiometers, for tweaking the sound.
- 8 potentiometers (upper right) control distortion on individual drum sounds. Well, actually for pairs of drums, since the 505 doesnt have 16 drum channels, only 8, so similar drums are on the same knob. (Hi / Lo Congo, Crash / Ride Cybal, Closed / Open Hi-hat, etc.)

Thanks to Burnkit 2600 for their guide to finding the good bends in the 505. If you want to bend your 505 but are afraid you'll fry it, go by this and you should be good. Also thanks to Terretron and the kick-ass 505 they've got over there for the great patch bay ideas that i sorta ripped off.
